Little Spruce Baking Co. is wholesale baking operation in the Pepperell Mill in Biddeford. Spearheaded by Kim Rodgers, executive pastry chef at Big Tree Hospitality (the owners of Eventide Oyster Co., The Honey Paw and Hugo’s) and sous chef Alison Parsons.
